Atmosphere

Copper Cow is the more masculine version of Copper Hen, but the quality and comfy feel still radiates throughout. With plenty of seating options and an incredible bar at one end, you’ll have no problem feeling right at home while you enjoy your meal

What We Had

There’s no chance we’d head to a burger place and not get a burger, so we dove right in with the Cow and Sow burger, which is a 60/40 beef/bacon patty topped with cheddar cheese, butter lettuce, and pickles covered with their unbelievable milk & honey bun. A great combination of ingredients that hits the spot on a burger craving. We also sampled the brunch menu and went after the Foragers Scramble, which was packed with spinach, gouda, and mushrooms for a lighter feeling meal that still filled your stomach. Lots of great options throughout the menu but not enough time to try them all, we’ll be back for plenty more!

Copper Cow takes the great atmosphere of Copper Hen and dresses it up burger style. With tons of great burgers to choose from plus other great options that can satisfy any diet, we think anyone can find a great time in this new west side spot.
