Hays Take On: Cossetta's

Hays Take On: Cossetta’s

A staple of the State Hockey Tournament that’s a can’t miss in March.

Atmosphere

Cossetta was built to recreate the “little Italy” feel but it’s anything but little. With a full bakery area, designated lines for their pizza by the slice, sandwiches, and pasta as well as a full upstairs seating area to accommodate the huge crowds that pass through either during lunch or tourney time.

What We Had

Their staple is the pizza by the slice, which you can get in cheese, pepperoni, sausage, or a daily special that changes regularly. Slices are huge and come out fresh and hot, so be cautious if you come hungry! They also have great pasta plates, Italian style sandwiches, and for dessert you can’t miss a cannoli!

The Take

If you’ve ever been to the tourney or a Minnesota Wild game, there’s a good chance you’ve experienced the greatness that Cossetta’s provides. There’s no doubt that this is a staple in both St. Paul and the Minnesota hockey world.
